Delivery and shipping terms
The Plus and Premium packages sold on Rehber Burada are digital services provided electronically on your business page. No physical product is shipped, so there are no shipping or delivery fees.

1. Delivery method
The package is activated automatically on the Rehber Burada page of the business you bought it for as soon as PayTR confirms your payment. The place of delivery is the business page linked to your account; your address is requested only for invoicing, not for shipping.
2. Delivery time
- Package features usually become available within a few seconds of payment confirmation.
- For bank transfers (havale/EFT), the package opens when the payment reaches our account and is confirmed, usually on the same business day.
- If your bank's approval is delayed, the payment page shows "Processing your payment" and the package opens by itself once approval arrives.
- If the package cannot be activated within 7 days because of a technical problem, the full amount is refunded (cancellation and refund policy).
3. Confirmation of delivery
When the payment is confirmed, an email with the amount paid, the package end date and a copy of the distance sales agreement is sent to your account's email address. You can always see your package status and end date in your business panel.
4. Shipping
Rehber Burada does not sell physical products and does not ship anything. No shipping, customs or delivery fees are charged.
5. Reporting a problem
If you paid but your package was not activated, write to the email address on our contact page with the transaction number from your payment email; we reply within 2 business days at the latest.
