1. Application channels

Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller you can apply through one of the following:

We need to verify your identity: for applications from an unregistered email address we may ask for more information. If you apply on someone else's behalf, attach a notarised power of attorney or proof of representation.

2. What your application must include

• Name, surname and, for written applications, your signature,
• Turkish citizens: Turkish ID number; foreigners: nationality, passport number or ID number if any,
• Residential or business address for notifications,
• Email address, phone and fax number for notifications, if any,
• The subject of your request (clearly stating what you want),
• Any related information and documents (e.g. the address of the business page concerned).

3. When will you get an answer?

Once we receive your application we conclude it free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the action requires additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. Our answer is sent to you in writing or electronically. If your request is rejected, you find our answer insufficient or we do not answer in time, you may complain to the Board within 30 days of learning our answer and in any case within 60 days of your application.
